Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Teacher to join our team. This role involves enhancing our current curriculum, providing advanced computer training, and collaborating with our existing staff in expanding the course content. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, be fluent in English, and have a passion for teaching and empowering students. The person must have a spirit of service and be sensitive to the rural ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
● Curriculum Development: Collaborate with exiting staff to develop and expand the computer program into a one-year course, incorporating advanced topics and practical applications.
● Work Readiness: Design and implement curriculum enhancements to help the students get employment.
● Instruction: Teach computer skills, with a focus on MS Office applications, and introduce additional software and tools as appropriate, such as- Tally, Web Design. Digital Marketing and soft skills for Workplace readiness.
● Student Support: Provide individualized assistance to students, addressing their questions and helping them with their learning challenges. Assess student performance and provide feedback to ensure their growth and understanding of computer skills.
● Resource Creation: Develop instructional materials, exercises, and assessments to enhance the learning experience.
● Technology Integration: Stay updated on emerging technologies and software to incorporate relevant skills into the curriculum.
● Administrative Assistance: Provide support to information processing and documentation functions in the office.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant software applications such as Tally, Canva, Web Design, Digital Marketing, AI.
● Hands on experience of having used these packages in a professional environment
● Previous teaching experience, preferably in computer education.
● Fluency in English and Hindi.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
● Passion for education and a commitment to empowering others through technology.
